Who we are

Almostafa Poultry Feed & Supplies ("we", "us"), Zawyet Razin, Menouf, Menoufia, Egypt. This policy covers the almostafa.shop website, our communication with you over WhatsApp and phone, and the internal systems we use to manage orders and invoices.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, phone / WhatsApp number, governorate and address, order details, and what you enter in enquiry forms or the farm calculator.
• If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture only.
• WhatsApp messages: the content of messages exchanged with our official numbers, your phone number, and message delivery status.
• Transaction data: invoices, payments, balances and returns.
• Technical data: device and browser type and pages visited, through cookies and measurement tools (Google Analytics / Firebase, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).

How we use it

• To fulfil, deliver and install your orders.
• To contact you about your order: confirmations, status updates, invoices and payment reminders.
• To answer your questions and provide after-sales support.
• To meet accounting and tax obligations.
• To improve the website and measure our advertising.
• To send offers only if you agreed to receive them; you can stop them at any time.

WhatsApp

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Messages pass through Meta’s servers under Meta’s policies, and we keep a copy in our system to serve you and follow up on your order. To stop our messages, ask in any message or contact us and we will stop.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed with:

• Service providers that run our systems: Supabase (database), Google Firebase (hosting and analytics), Meta (WhatsApp and ad measurement), TikTok (ad measurement).
• Shipping and delivery companies, to deliver your order.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the period Egyptian law requires for accounting and tax records. Other data is kept while it is needed to serve you, or until you ask us to delete it.

Security

We use encrypted connections, and only staff who need your data for their role can access it.

Your rights

• Access and correct your data.
• Ask us to delete your data — see the "Data deletion" page.
• Withdraw consent to promotional messages at any time.
• Disable cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our services are meant for farm owners and traders. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will show the date of the last update at the top of this page.
