How to request deletion

Send a request using any of these, with your name and the phone number registered with us:

• Email info@almostafa.shop with the subject "Data deletion request".
• WhatsApp or call +20 10 10285135.
• The "Contact us" page on this website.

What happens next

• We confirm you own the number by messaging that same number.
• Within 30 days at most we delete your store account, addresses, WhatsApp messages, enquiry data, and any promotional lists you are on.
• We send you a confirmation when it is done.

What the law requires us to keep

Invoices and accounting entries for completed transactions are kept for the period Egyptian law requires, limited to the data those records need.

Data received from Meta (Facebook and WhatsApp)

If we received your data through our Meta app — such as WhatsApp messages — it is deleted the same way. You can also remove our app’s access from Facebook Settings › Security and login › Apps and websites.
